About Care With Mercy
At Care With Mercy, we believe every adult with a developmental disability deserves the opportunity to live in a safe, supportive, and neighborhood‑based home. As a San Diego Regional Center–approved Level 6 Adult Residential Facility, we provide 24‑hour care, positive behavioral supports, and individualized skill‑building programs that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Our dedicated team of trained professionals works closely with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure each resident receives compassionate, person‑centered services tailored to their unique strengths and goals.

Her passion for serving adults with developmental disabilities—and her belief that every person deserves respect, safety, and a true home—guides the mission of our organization. Mercy’s dedication inspires our team and ensures each resident receives the compassionate, individualized care they deserve.
Melanie Morris
Administrator
Meet Melanie Morris, an experienced Administrator with extensive leadership across Level 3, Level 4G, Level 4i (Level 6), and Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes. She specializes in Title 17/22 compliance, medication administration, IPP goal implementation, staff training, and maintaining safe, person-centered environments. Melanie has collaborated closely with Regional Center Liaisons, Licensing Analysts, and behavioral teams to ensure high-quality care for every consumer. With a Master’s Degree in Education and certifications including ARF Administrator, RCFE, DSP I & II, RBT, CPI, and First Aid/CPR, she brings strong professional expertise and a deep commitment to improving the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.
