At Care With Mercy, we believe every adult with a developmental disability deserves the opportunity to live in a safe, supportive, and neighborhood‑based home. As a San Diego Regional Center–approved Level 6 Adult Residential Facility, we provide 24‑hour care, positive behavioral supports, and individualized skill‑building programs that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
