Care With Mercy is a San Diego Regional Center–approved Level 6 Adult Residential Facility dedicated to providing compassionate, person‑centered care for adults with developmental disabilities. Our home in Escondido offers 24‑hour support, positive behavioral interventions, and skill‑building programs designed to promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
